Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging

The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product

All original tags and labels must remain attached

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

Email us at motorevzz@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the product.

Once approved, you will be responsible for sending the item back to our return address (provided via email).

You must ship the item within 3 days of receiving your package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.
